We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to oversee our Maintenance, Engineering, Grounds, Transportation, and Housekeeping teams. How you will make an impact

+ Ensure a safe, sanitary, and high-quality environment by maintaining all buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment.

+ Provide reliable transportation, security, reception, and facility services for residents.

+ Lead and manage departmental staff to ensure effective performance, training, and development.

+ Set and implement departmental and corporate goals, including training, evaluations, and performance follow-ups.

+ Manage financial performance through budgeting and control systems.

+ Lead departmental operations and collaborate across teams to support the community’s mission.

+ Ensure all services comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

+ Demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills aligned with The Erickson Way.

+ Create and manage Individual Development Plans to support leadership growth and education.

Compensation:

+ Commensurate with experience starting at $120,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Services / Facilities Operations

+ Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire

+ Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities

+ Experience with CMMS is preferred

+ Valid driver’s license is required if operating Community vehicles
