    The **North America Channel and Marketing Systems Leader** will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive strategy for the systems and data that support our indirect route to market through distribution and retail channels. This leader will also support our marketing programs capabilities in collaboration with marketing leaders and the Marketing Programs team in Commercial Operations. Emphasizing a strategy to further enable cross-sell between Seed and Crop Protection through integrated experiences and unified data flow, this role aims to enhance both employee and customer experiences.

    What You'll Do:

    + Comprehensive Systems Strategy - Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for retail and marketing systems in North America that aligns with the objectives of Seeds and Crop Protection businesses and enhances employee and customer experiences through effective systems practices.

    + Enable Cross-Sell - Oversee the development of systems capabilities to enable cross-sell between Seed and Crop Protection, ensuring integrated experiences and unified data flow, including enhancements to TruChoice Online.

    + Team Leadership - Lead a team of Business Product Owners responsible for Data, Web, Marketing, and Retail systems, fostering collaboration and innovation while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

    + Budget Management - Oversee budget allocation and expenditures for retail and marketing systems, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI, developing strategies to reduce long-term costs and enhance system investment returns, and collaborating with finance teams to track and report on budget performance.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with marketing leaders to align systems strategies with business objectives, partner with data vendors, Commercial Operations and Enterprise IT to integrate systems and processes, and facilitate communication and coordination across various business units.

    + Performance Monitoring and Improvement - Set and monitor performance metrics for retail and marketing systems, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, and regularly report on systems performance to senior leadership.

    What You'll Need:

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    + Experience in agriculture is preferred.

    + Experience: 7+ years of managing commercial systems with a focus on sales and marketing enablement using a product methodology. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, marketing automation tools, and outsourced product development models. Preferred experience in broad systems and data integration, third-party vendor management, and strategic planning.

    + Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading teams, making project decisions, and ensuring timely system development.

    + Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

    + Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long- term plans.

    + Technical Proficiency: Skilled in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.); experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity and decision-making is a plus.

    + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

    + Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to commercial systems.

    **Location** : Based in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Johnston, Iowa.
