    Position Summary & Requirements

     

    The Executive Talent Acquisition Analyst will provide strategic and business critical insights, content and “hands on” support to the Danaher Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) team. In this fast-paced environment, s/he will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to executive search projects in diverse industry and functional areas, which will require both proactive and reactive research efforts.

     

    As an Executive Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top executive-level talent for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates, assess their qualifications, and present findings to support the executive talent acquisition process. You will work closely with the ETA team and senior executives to ensure the organization attracts and hires high-caliber individuals who align with the company's strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead high-level candidate name generation and organization chart creation/talent mapping by leveraging external resources in the public domain (including social media and paid news/information subscriptions).

    + Conduct extensive research to identify potential executive-level candidates through various channels such as online databases, social media platforms, industry networks, and professional associations.

    + Utilize a range of sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for critical executive roles.

    + Participate in kick-off meetings with ETA team members to assist in the development of the search strategy and target company list.

    + Develop a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and maintain current awareness of news, industry trends and issues associated with top competitors across all of Danaher’s reporting segments and share relevant information with ETA and other teams accordingly.

    + Develop a strong understanding of Danaher’s culture and core competencies and leverage that knowledge to identify top external executive talent for current and future executive-level positions.

    + Maintain and enhance knowledge base located in SharePoint, CRM and other resources.

    + Manage ETA’s corporate resource library to determine the best paid subscription and research resources for the team.

    Key Requirements

    + 3+ years of relevant experience in executive search, specifically name generation and market research preferred. Relevant corporate recruiting experience or consulting experience also relevant.

    + Proven experience in executive recruitment, talent sourcing, or research-focused roles, preferably within a corporate or executive search firm environment.

    + Experience conducting and synthesizing research that includes financial and/or statistical analyst of a business, industry, or market.

    + Familiarity with tools such business reference resources, such as Hoovers, LexisNexis, Dow Jones DJX, Leadership Libraries in a corporate or consulting setting.

    + Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems to track prospects and candidates preferred.

    + Up to date on social media and digital recruiting tools and trends.

    + Demonstrated track record of effectively using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to present complex information.

    + An undergraduate degree is required.

    Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:

    The salary range for this role is 120,000 to 135,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
