Business Learning Solutions Speclist
The Business Learning Solutions Specialist contributes to the design, delivery and administration of business unit training programs in accordance with the organization's training and development plan. Under limited supervision, this job works to meet the current and future human resource needs of the business by continuously improving current training programs and enhancing the performance of individual employees.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
+ Designs and develops all elements of the organization's business unit training program to foster learning and provide growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
+ Utilizes expert technical knowledge of the organization's systems, databases and technologies to administer business unit training and development programs and troubleshoots any issues that may arise throughout delivery of the programs.
+ Creates and reviews training procedure manuals, guides and course materials, such as handouts and visual materials, to support training efforts.
+ Determines key areas of improvement within the business unit training and development programs by analyzing course evaluations and quantitative training results.
+ Verifies that business unit training covers internal systems and control processes, along with relevant external standards and regulations to best prepare employees within particular business units.
+ Ensures employees are trained on general skills and competencies to be properly prepared for advanced training, learning and everyday administrative tasks.
+ Partners with leadership and management teams to develop management skills and to implement best leadership practices within the organization.

Additional Job Description
+ This role is critical in advancing Treasury Management transformation initiatives, including existing remediation work, simplification of existing processes and operational readiness.
+ Key responsibilities will include transformation initiatives such as driving execution of identified operational excellence priorities as well as training design and development:
+ Design and execute training programs tailored to the needs of new employees, sales teams, business/corporate clients, implementation teams, and servicing teams.
+ Collaborate with internal training teams to leverage existing resources and expertise, enhancing the overall training experience.
+ Manage and organize training materials and programs to ensure they are accessible and up-to-date.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Treasury Management/Cash Management experience
+ Change management and transformation experience
+ Experience building and developing training programs (preferably Treasury Management-specific training)
+ External training/Implementation experience
+ Experience with FIS BST (Business Service Tool)
+ Familiarity with Salesforce & Salesforce's Service Cloud
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
Expected Travel: 15%
