    Position Overview:

    As an IT Intern specializing in AI, Agents, Automation, and Data Integration, you will work closely with our IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, automated workflows, and integrated data systems. This role provides hands-on experience with AI tools, intelligent agents, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and automation frameworks, offering a unique opportunity to build technical expertise in a real-world environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in developing and testing AI models and intelligent agents (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, or predictive analytics) to support business applications.

     

    Collaborate on integrating AI solutions, automation scripts, and data visualizations with existing IT systems and data platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.

     

    Support the creation and maintenance of automated workflows using tools like Python and Power Automate to streamline IT and data processes.

     

    Work with Microsoft Fabric to integrate, transform, and manage data pipelines for AI and analytics use cases, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

     

    Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data insights and support decision-making.

     

    Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to support AI model training and data-driven insights, leveraging Microsoft Fabric’s data lake and Power BI’s analytics capabilities.

     

    Research emerging AI technologies, automation tools, agent-based systems, and data integration/visualization techniques to propose innovative solutions.

     

    Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, AI systems, data pipelines, and Power BI reports, documenting issues and resolutions.

     

    Contribute to team discussions, offering ideas to enhance system efficiency, data integration, and visualization capabilities.

    Qualifications:

    Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

     

    Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP).

     

    Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript.

     

    Exposure to data integration and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.

     

    Knowledge of or coursework in automation tools (e.g., RPA, scripting) or AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, MCP) is preferred.

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data management, integration, and visualization.

     

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

     

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

     

    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) or IT systems is a bonus but not required.
