    Regional Medical Center (RMC) is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead key marketing and communications initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across our healthcare system. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic marketing planning, managing external partnerships, leading internal communications, and guiding reputation management efforts. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful leader, strong collaborator, and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of healthcare marketing.

     

    Strategic Marketing Oversight Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, clinical teams, and community relations to align messaging and priorities. Analyze performance data to optimize marketing tactics and ensure ROI across campaigns and initiatives.

     

    Partner Management Manage relationships with key agency and vendor partners, including advertising, digital, and public relations firms. Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and projects. Evaluate vendor performance and identify new partnership opportunities to enhance RMC’s marketing capabilities.

     

    Internal Communications Lead the development of internal communications strategies to support employee engagement and alignment with RMC’s mission and values. Partner with HR and executive leadership to craft clear, timely messaging for organizational updates, campaigns, and cultural initiatives. Oversee content development for intranet, newsletters, and internal events.

     

    Reputation Management Leadership Monitor and respond to online reviews and public commentary in collaboration with the patient experience teams. Develop proactive reputation-building strategies , including thought leadership, community engagement, and positive storytelling. Serve as a liaison with legal, compliance, and patient advocacy teams to manage sensitive communications and issues.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role—healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and analytics. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and external partners.
