    Wellness and Rehab program - EnerG

     

    Job Type: Full time

     

    Schedule: Monday thru Friday with some weekend coverage

     

    Setting: Independent Living Community

     

    Pay: 28.00 to 34.00 an hour

     

    **Aegis Therapies** , one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Managers of the Wellness Program to join our supportive team and reap the benefits of some of the best career advantages in the industry.

    As a Program Manager of the Wellness Program, you will:

    + Schedule monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises/activities per day, including group exercise/activities.

    + Participate as Lead Instructor

    + Work closely with the residents to identify those needing therapy

    + Work with Residents getting insurance cards and sending them in for processing.

    + Schedule Rehab treatments with residents and the Therapists

    + Market our program

    + Occasionally attend weekly or monthly staff meetings for any special events or program information.

    + Keep track of the participation levels and progress of residents.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in biology, physiology, exercise physiology or related field preferred

    + Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area, preferred.

    + Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations

    + Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
