• Area Vice President - Rehabilitation

    Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Multi State Regional Vice President of Rehabilitation. This key leadership role with be responsible for the overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within Illinois, Eastern Missouri and a small portion of Wisconsin . Working in a partnership with the Regional Clinical Director, you will plan, develop, implement and monitor appropriate provision, documentation, billing of clinical services and customer relations.

     

    + Position: Multi State Operations Management in Illinois, Eastern Missouri and a small portion of Wisconsin

    + Experience with multi-site management of SNF, HH, OP and CCRC

    + Experience with Multi-customer partnership

    + Location: **Must be Based out of Illinois**

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program

    + Must possess and maintain a current license in at least one state of practice; Therapist license, strongly preferred

    + Minimum three (3) years experience as treating therapist or therapy assistant; Minimum five (5) years, preferred

    + Minimum two (2) years therapy management experience

    + Multi-site experience

    + Successful management of budgets in excess of $10 Million, preferred

    + Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months

    + Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays
