    **Title:** Patient Access Services Coordinator

    **Facility:** Carillon Outpatient Center

    The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator is responsible for:

    + Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging

    + Proficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the department

    + Resolves PAS and customer service issues

    + Processes payroll

    + Maintains department staffing schedules

    + Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service Representatives

    + May be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required Experience

    + 3 years Related field

    Education:

    + HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required

    + Associate's Degree preferred

     

    Status:** **Full Time

     

    Shift Hours:** **7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

     

    Weekend Work:** **None
