    Responsibilities

    Our Compliance Consultant II can work either in person, remote, or in a hybrid environment. About 20% travel to client locations within the U.S. is required.

    Responsibilities:

    + Utilize consultative approach to assist financial services clients to develop and strengthen their compliance management system

    + Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identifying regulatory gaps and associated risks

    + Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing for federal consumer compliance regulations

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + 3+ years of experience in banking / financial institutions

    + Experience in creating, executin g, and documenting regulatory compliance audits

    + Knowledge and experience in lending

    + Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive management

    + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a high volume, high paced dynamic environment
