    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

    + Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently

    + Collaborate with team members to support continuous plant operations

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

    + Commitment to safety and following established procedures

    + Capable of working independently and in a team environment

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach

    + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

    + Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

    + Manual dexterity required to operate tools and machinery

    + Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
