Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for our Franklin Rawson Clinic

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.

+ Full Range of Family Medicine (no OB)

+ Patient Contact hours 36 per week

+ Flexible scheduling with extended hours

+ Monday - Friday

+ No Saturday Clinic

+ Clinic Hours

+ Call Shared with Pool and After-Hours Nurse Triage

+ Weekend 1:14

+ Weekday providers cover own patients until 5 pm

+ Epic EHR

+ Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

+ Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

+ Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
