Responsibilities

Ascension Wisconsion is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician for our 4 mile road clinic in Racine.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.

Position Highlights:

+ One Internal Medicine Physician

+ Two Family Medicine Physicians

+ Family Med APP

+ Family Med PA

+ Ancillary & Management Staff Support

+ Ability to grow practice quickly

+ Full Range of Internal Medicine

+ Practice Opportunity will be 100% outpatient

+ Provider **36** patient contact hours per week

+ Extended access hours allows for flexibility in scheduling

+ Call is shared amongst Internal Medicine clinic Providers

+ Phone only-no inpatient responsibilities

+ Facilitated by Nurse Triage

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

+ Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

+ Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
