    + **Salary:** $106,316.10 - $143,838.90 per year

    Responsibilities

    Direct assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.

     

    + Direct program team to achieve goals.

    + Define program goals and infrastructure to align with business development strategies and partnerships.

    + Direct program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.

    + Develop program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.

    + Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.

    + Serve as liaison between programs, other internal departments and external partners.

    + Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Complete performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    + Project Mgmt Professional, preferred.

    + Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred.

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
