    Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Peoria, IL.

     

    This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in the telecommunications domain, underpinned by a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    Key Responsibilities

    + You will act as a critical liaison between business and technology teams—translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions across multiple domains including UI, mobile apps, backend service applications, and subscription management.

    + Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

    + Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

    + Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met

    + Participate in system configuration and application subscription management

    + Support UI/UX initiatives, mobile app workflows, and backend service process enhancements

    + Operate effectively in an Agile environment

    Required Qualifications

    + 5–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment

    + Minimum of 2 years in a technical business analysis capacity

    + Background in telecommunications

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline

    + Billing systems

    + Mobile application workflows

    + Backend service processes

    + UI design and usability principles

    + Strong skills in system configuration and subscription lifecycle management

    + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

    + Clear and concise verbal and written communication

    + Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams

    + Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable

    + Familiarity with both frontend and backend service-based applications

    + Understanding of mobile app development workflows

    + Experience in requirement analysis and technical documentation

    + Knowledge of subscription management and system configuration tools

    + Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
