Description

We are looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to partner with us and to join our team in Irvine California. Are you ready for a challenge?

• Lead the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports across all operating companies.

• Consolidate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure alignment of financial reporting with organizational goals, KPIs, and audit requirements.

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Drive efficient month-end and year-end closing processes across all entities.

• Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve accuracy, and reduce manual workloads.

• Drive innovation by integrating Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, AI tools, and other automation technologies into accounting workflows.

• Standardize reporting and processes across entities to promote consistency and efficiency.

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals.

• Set clear objectives and performance metrics, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Manage external audits, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accounting standards.

• Stay informed of emerging accounting standards and trends, providing guidance on their impact

• Partner with cross-functional leaders, including operations, IT, and division heads, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering data-driven insights to drive business decisions.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
