Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Brewster, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position for a candidate who excels in administrative tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail.

• Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Identify and remove duplicate records to streamline database accuracy.

• Utilize technical skills to manage and improve file organization systems.

• Support tasks related to municipal conservation laws and wetland protection regulations.

• Communicate effectively to address and resolve administrative queries.

• Assist with the implementation and use of various software tools such as CRM, ERP solutions, and Epic Software.

• Handle inbound calls and provide administrative support as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.

• Familiarity with municipal laws, conservation regulations, and wetland protection policies is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity software.

• Experience with software tools such as CRM, ERP systems, and Epic Software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
