Description We are looking for a skilled and bilingual Business Process Analyst to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the accurate translation and reproduction of critical sales, marketing, and member benefit materials. This position requires a high level of proficiency in both English and Spanish, as well as a strong attention to detail in editing, proofreading, and quality review processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the translation and reproduction of marketing and member benefit documents into various languages and formats.

• Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Review and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, proper use of glossary terms, and adherence to style guides.

• Identify and address linguistic compliance and formatting issues during the review process.

• Collaborate with team linguists and external vendors to deliver clear, consistent translations.

• Conduct unit testing for automated documents in an Agile workflow.

• Perform quality reviews and participate in internal audit inspections following department standards.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure all translations meet compliance and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency and clarity across all translated materials. Requirements • Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• At least one year of experience in English-to-Spanish translation, including the use of glossaries and style guides.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with intermediate proficiency.

• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) or application testing.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Agile workflows and automated document testing.

• Exceptional attention to detail in proofreading, editing, and quality assurance tasks.

• Previous experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet project goals. TalentMatch®
