    We’re partnering with a highly respected manufacturing client that is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—serving as the bridge between the company’s high-quality products and the clients who rely on them. You’ll handle everything from order entry and tracking to product inquiries and issue resolution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. As a vital member of the team, you’ll work closely with sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers to support new business development, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.     Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a benefits administration or related role.

     

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.

    • Strong auditing skills with a keen eye for detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience handling inbound telephone calls in a setting requiring attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues efficiently.
