Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Lease Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry in Atlanta, Georgia. The role will be based 100% on-site and will involve reading leasing agreements, lease abstractions, reviewing and editing leases.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and edit lease agreements for various properties

• Abstract leases as per the company’s standards and guidelines

• Provide adequate support to the paralegal team by reporting necessary information

• Utilize CRM for data processing and maintaining customer records

• Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service

• Employ AppFolio, Calyx Point, and Entrata software tools for efficient task completion

• Manage closing processes as per the company's standards

• Maintain a high level of communication within and outside the team.

Requirements

• Must have experience in leasing and/or experience supporting a paralegal, or attorney

• Experience with CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions

• Strong data processing skills, able to manage and interpret large data sets

• Expertise in using Entrata software for property management

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Knowledge and experience in closing processes within the real estate industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Understanding of credit processes and regulations within the real estate sector

• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
