Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pedricktown, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to assist customers, manage data entry tasks, and handle inbound calls in an organized and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care and attention to detail.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including order processing and maintaining customer records.

• Handle email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

• Schedule appointments and manage customer calendars as needed.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports, documents, and other materials.

• Process orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

• Assist with inbound and outbound calls as required to support team objectives.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

• Maintain a positive and attentive demeanor while interacting with customers and team members. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
