Junior Accountant (Manufacturing company)

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

WORK MODEL - 4 days in office, 1 day working from home per week

Robert Half has partnered with a technology manufacturing business in their search of a new Junior Accountant to join their accounting department. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Junior Accountant will mainly be responsible for AP invoice processing, coding invoices, reconciling vendor statements, preparing ACH and check payments, processing expense reports, vendor and customer communication, intercompany transactions, process credit memos and refunds, reconcile customer accounts, and following up on past-due accounts.

Desired Experience:

+ 2+ years of AP/AR experience

+ Proficient with ERP software

+ MS Excel proficiency

+ Effective communication skills with customers and vendors

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processing is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.

• Competency in using Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP software
