Description
Robert Half is actively seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a nonprofit call center. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the front line of communication, helping clients, donors, and community members with their questions, concerns, and contributions. Key Responsibilities
+ Professionally answer incoming calls and provide information about the organization's programs and services.
+ Process donations, assist with donor inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
+ Proactively address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
+ Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
+ Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
+ Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center or nonprofit experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
+ Exceptional verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
+ Strong alignment with nonprofit mission and customer-focused mindset.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in customer service is a plus.
