    Description

    Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for an E-Commerce Analyst for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a contract 100% remote opportunity.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce Analyst to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing online sales trends, customer behavior, and digital campaign performance to optimize our e-commerce operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as you will use it extensively for data manipulation, reporting, and forecasting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales, bounce rate, etc.) and deliver actionable insights.

    + Track and report on KPIs across platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Amazon, and Google Analytics.

    + Create detailed Excel reports, dashboards, and pivot tables to support business decisions.

    + Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization.

    + Conduct A/B testing and evaluate digital campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness.

    + Monitor and forecast product performance, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.

    + Identify website usability issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

    + Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics or a similar data-driven role.

    + Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros, etc.).

    + Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

    + Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and customer journey mapping is a plus.

    + Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
