    Description

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Nonprofit Operator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively to the communities we serve. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compassionate, and passionate about social services and helping others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the nonprofit.

    + Provide support to program staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

    + Serve as a point of contact for clients, offering empathetic support, information, and referrals as needed.

    + Assist with grant reporting, data collection, and outcomes tracking.

    + Help manage office systems, supplies, and general upkeep of organizational infrastructure.

    + Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and services provided.

    + Participate in outreach efforts and community engagement events.

    + Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and optimize service impact.

    + Ensure compliance with nonprofit standards, policies, and procedures.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to social justice, community service, and helping others.

    + Prior experience in nonprofit, administrative, or social service roles strongly preferred.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic data entry tools or CRM platforms.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus.
