Description Our client, one of the world's leading private investment firms, is seeking a Sr. Treasury Associate and/or Sr. Treasury Associate FX to join their organization in their Boston, MA location. This individual will be required in-office 3-days per week.

Sr. Treasury Associate:

Will include some or all of the following -

• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve day to day functionality of the treasury team

• Interact with the funds’ trustees, custodians, and prime brokers regarding cash availability and funding requirements across numerous currencies.

• Review daily and weekly reporting on cash balances, collateral posted, and prime brokerage requirements to senior management.

• Provide oversight with ongoing bank and counterparty administration including opening and closing of accounts and credit lines.

• Manage relationships with current banking partners to ensure best practices, exceptional support, and pricing across various products.

• Provide oversight in daily tracking of cash activity and calculation of daily cash projections incorporating trades and other cash impacts such as upcoming interest and funding needs.

• Coordinate with internal settlements and operations teams on settlement timing and cash breaks across the fund complex.

• Manage the daily processing of high priority wire activity across multiple business units.

• Complete time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise, usually cash and management reporting oriented

• Assist in the management and oversight of the collateral management process.

• Coordinate with internal and external technology stakeholders on existing technology applications and for the development of new applications to support the business.

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing Wire related data for all Bain Capital business units in the GTreasury system

Sr. Treasury Associate FX:

Will include some or all of the following -

• Maintenance of the firms FX and rate hedging exposure analysis, including the recommendation of spot and forward hedging actions in order to stay within defined FX thresholds.

• Coordinate with internal settlements and operations teams on settlement timing and cash needs across the fund complex.

• Setup of trading actions in the system to prepare for trading.

• Ongoing reporting on FX hedging performance across the fund complex.

• Work with banking relationships on documentation to setup trading lines and bank accounts.

• Complete time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise

• Coordinate with internal and external technology stakeholders on existing technology applications and for the development of new applications to support the business.

• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve day to day functionality of the treasury team

• Preparation of daily public equity hedging analysis and coordination of FX and cash movements to maintain compliance with internal guidelines. Requirements

Sr. Treasury Associate:

• Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.

• Progress towards MBA or CFA preferred.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (treasury, cash management, banking exposure)

• Proficiency in Excel

Sr. Treasury Associate FX:

• Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience (FX, treasury, cash management, banking exposure)

• Proficiency in Excel
