Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Respond to email correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and order information.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and resolve issues effectively.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to meet customer needs.

• Process order entries and verify details to ensure seamless transactions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
