Description

Minneapolis-based personal injury law firm seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling Minnesota No-Fault claims and possess a strong understanding of personal injury litigation processes in Minnesota. This role will be fully in office.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and process Minnesota No-Fault claims, including application, tracking, and resolution.

+ Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake to settlement or trial.

+ Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation.

+ Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

+ Maintain and organize case files.

+ Assist with drafting legal documents and preparing trial exhibits.

+ Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 4 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.

+ Required: Proven experience handling Minnesota No-Fault claims.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Experience with requesting and summarizing medical records
