Description

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will support attorneys specializing in personal injury and property damage cases by managing critical legal tasks and ensuring smooth case operations. This is a 100% on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file legal documents electronically, adhering to court requirements.

• Draft litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Assist with trial preparation, ensuring all materials and evidence are organized and ready.

• Manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates for two personal injury attorneys.

• Conduct discovery, including gathering and organizing evidence and legal documents.

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress.

• Maintain and update case files using case management software.

• Serve as a bilingual resource for Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a paralegal, in personal injury or property damage cases.

• Proficiency in case management software and electronic filing systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience with legal discovery and trial preparation processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with calendar management and legal scheduling procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
