    Description

If you're ambitious, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, you may be qualified for an Operations Processor position via Robert Half that has an immediate start date. The primary responsibility of the Operations Processor is to book loans into the banking platform system and process all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. On top of that, you will work with lending and commercial/consumer loans operations. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the San Antonio, Texas area.

    Major responsibilities

    - Operate payment corrections and modify billing statements

     

    - Survey email, voice mail and other communication and respond properly

     

    - Fills in codes, status dates and loan information for reporting on a per case basis

     

    - Regulates outgoing wires and cashier's checks

     

    - Audits reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments

     

    - Come to know several loan programs and corresponding computer system codes

     

    - Categories, arranges, and files documents to ensure information is accessible

     

    - Approves and returns verification of mortgage requests

     

    - Facilitates payoff letters and department invoices

     

    - Confirms new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database

     

    - Advances payments, advances and payoffs

     

    - Compiles department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports

     

    - Keep status and information within processing software system in order

     

    - Prioritizes client confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

    Requirements

    - At least 2 years' experience with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations

     

    - Capable of working with document management, process transformation, and workflow automation programs/r/n/r/n - Candidates should boast 1 year mortgage experience

     

    - Earlier work involving case management

     

    - Demonstrated knowledge of production

     

    - Good understanding of Demographics

     

    - KYC experience highly valued

     

    - Teamwork experience highly preferred

     

    - Background working with anti money laundering

     

    - Hands-on experience with Department Standards

     

    - Research experience preferred

     

    - Procedures experience desired

     

    - QA Management experience preferred

     

    - Prior experience with FinCEN

     

    - Policy experience

     

    - Practical knowledge of Stakeholders

     

    - Adeptness in About Time

     

    - Quality experience highly desired

     

    - Experience with Financial Crime

     

    - Deep understanding of compliance

     

    - Comprehension of Queues

     

    - Previous experience working with Suspicious Activity

     

    - General familiarity with Data Analysis

     

    - Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

     

    - Knowledge of financial institution platforms
