    Description

    Under the direction of the Assistant Manager – Loan Servicing, this position performs a variety of administrative duties related to the servicing of residential and consumer loans. Key responsibilities include accurately setting up new loans, reviewing loan documentation for compliance, managing HELOC repayments, investor trailers, and GSE funding. The role also involves maintaining the MERS system, handling PMI processes, submitting investor and solar loan reports, managing loan modifications, and preparing financial and audit reports. The employee will also process general ledger entries, vendor payments, and assist with regulatory exams, audits, and the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.

    Requirements

    Candidates should have 3–5 years of loan servicing experience and a minimum of 3 years in customer service, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and core processing systems (COCC preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Staff must adhere to customer service standards, confidentiality, and BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC compliance, while working collaboratively with both customers and internal departments. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed is required. This role is 5 days in office.
