Compensation: This position is offering a hourly rate range from $94 - $97 an hour.

Additional Requirement Info:

* Looking for Candidates that are able to help automate workflows and test to ensure changes are working correctly. They will be core SDE, but needs the understanding of automated testing.

* Need to understand functionalities and how to manage configurations/automate the process. Node JS and Python are main platforms used for automation process. AWS (Lambda) and basic SQL preferred but not required.

* Wants to see Candidates that have more experience in working in large organizations & on large scale projects / hand in critical system management.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, implement, test, document and deliver large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using multi-threaded programming, distributed programming in Java and C++, JDBC, SQL, Object Oriented design and design patterns, Oracle, and middleware messaging systems in a Linux environment.

* Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, and translate requirements into technical specifications for robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.

* Own delivery of entire piece of system or application, and serve as technical lead on complex projects using best practice engineering standards.

* Produce comprehensive, usable software documentation.

Lead the establishment of IHC's presence in North America, creating foundational processes and stakeholder relationships

Develop and implement vendor training programs and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures

Drive technical knowledge transfer from EU deployments to NA operations

Create and maintain deployment strategies for 90+ ADTA implementations in 2026

Manage key stakeholder relationships across Operations, RME, and vendor partners

Build and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and quality metrics

Pioneer new approaches to automation deployment and support

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years experience in industrial automation deployment and project management

Strong background in controls systems and automated material handling equipment

Proven track record of leading large-scale technical implementations

Experience developing technical training programs and documentation

Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

Strong problem-solving abilities and pioneering mindset

Ability to travel internationally (primarily EU) for extended periods in 2025

Preferred Experience:

Experience scaling technical operations from zero to full deployment

Background in vendor management and training program development

Knowledge of material handling systems and sortation technologies

Experience with remote support models and operational handover

PMP or similar project management certification

Success Metrics:

Achievement of 2026 deployment schedule targets

Reduction in High-Impact Events compared to baseline

Improvement in technical quality metrics (target: 99%)

Successful establishment of vendor training and support programs

Development of sustainable NA deployment framework
