HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
+ Provides technical engineering management to include, Requirements, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Voice Systems Administration, System Security, and Configuration management.
+ Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of EVoIP and External Dialing including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations.
+ Communicating project requirements clearly
+ Creating a plan with incremental goals and deadlines
+ Planning and leading team meetings
+ Liaising between clients and team members
+ Delegating and assigning tasks
+ Ensuring deadlines are met
+ Identifying and mitigating obstacles
+ Writing project reviews and performance reports
+ Overseeing documentation
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Network Security, Agile Process
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED** :
**EDUCATION:** Bachelors and minimum of 6 years experience.
Substitutions Allowed: MA/MS-4 years; Doctorate Degree/Ph.D.-3 years, No Degree – 10 years
CLEARANCE:
Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
