Our work depends on a **UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID** joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

+ Site surveys

+ Identifying equipment needed for deployment

+ Update trackers as required for proper configuration and installations

+ Installation, test, document, and training of newly installed solution

+ monitor and troubleshoot EVoIP systems

+ identifying potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

**EDUCATION:** Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** 3+ years of related experience in the industry.

RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

**(Experience in one or more of the following):** Avaya Modern and Legacy Telephony Systems, MS TEAMs Application, Managed Secure Telephony Platform (MSTP) - Cloud Based Telephony System Administration, Cisco platform familiarization (Administration and Maintenance), Microsoft TAC familiarization, Power Bi Report Generation.

**CLEARANCE:** Top Secret level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + CI Poly

**LOCATION:** 75% Travel and 25% onsite in Washington, DC

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
