Description

Our client in the property management industry is seeking a talented Receptionist to be the face of their office. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the central point of contact, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors by answering phone calls, greeting guests, and managing front desk inquiries.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as mail and deliveries, and ensure timely distribution.
+ Coordinate with property managers and other team members to schedule appointments and meetings.
+ Maintain an organized and professional office environment, including inventory management of office supplies.
+ Manage key administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating tenant records in the property management system.
+ Assist with communication between tenants and management regarding property repairs, maintenance, or event notices.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
Requirements
+ 1-2 years in receptionist, administrative, or customer support roles (property management experience is a plus).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of property management software like Yardi or AppFolio is a bonus.
+ Friendly and approachable demeanor; ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment and independently as needed.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
