Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented services environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and payment processing.

• Manage purchase orders and ensure payments are completed within established timelines.

• Process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.

• Align accounts payable operations with internal controls and company standards.

• Provide support for payroll coordination and related tasks, as needed.

• Collaborate with external accounting teams to assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations.

• Maintain precise records and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, such as ERP solutions, ADP, and Concur.

• Strong understanding of account coding and auditing principles.

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Ability to handle billing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
