Description

We are offering an Accounting Specialist in the non-profit industry based in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves managing various accounting functions, utilizing different accounting software systems, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for various financial functions

• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Conducting regular auditing to ensure the accuracy of financial data

• Performing billing functions and ensuring timely payments

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management

• Interacting with ADP - Financial Services and Ceridian for financial operations

• Using Concur for expense management

• Implementing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management

• Processing and inputting P/O into the system.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with Ceridian software is a must

• Proficiency in using Concur is needed

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively is required

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Experience in Auditing is necessary

• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is needed
