    Description

    Our client is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst to become an integral part of its rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of purchase order flow and inventory. This is a long-term contract position located in the East Metro and is perfect for new supply chain graduates! *Local Twin Cities area applicants only*

    Responsibilities:

    - Manage inventory levels through daily replenishment through the ERP system

     

    - Forecasting & Reporting - Contribute to sales forecast across all suppliers and customers, gaining input from the total team and serving as the central point for analysis and reporting

     

    - Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies

     

    - Vendor setup requirements to ensure they aligned with replenishment goals

     

    - Establishing/maintaining seasonal purchasing strategy and rationale which aligns to inventory planning objectives (revenue, demand coverage, inventory turn and utilization, etc.) while minimizing risk and maximizing flexibility

    Requirements

    - BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or similar

     

    - Entry-level applicants considered

     

    - Intermediate Excel knowledge (PivotTables, V-Lookups) preferred

     

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)

     

    - Great attention to detail

     

    - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
