    Job Summary: Perform a variety of clerical and related duties in assigned area. Responsible for nurse and CNA schedules and daily staffing.

     

    Assists with scheduling of resident appointments and facilitation of transportation to and from appointments. Facilitates communication among patients, visitors, nursing staff and other health care team members to promote effective working relationships in the facility and other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency, medical terminology, one-year experience in long-term care preferred.
