    What You’ll Do

     

    The Live Video Monitoring (LVM) Program Manager will lead operations of video monitoring operations for the full life cycle of our video monitoring customers, including coordinating and overseeing all video monitoring product offerings. The LVM Program Manager is an exempt position reporting to the VP of Branch Operations. Responsibilities will include curating and evaluating new product offerings, offering subject matter expertise on all active video monitoring products that we service, and overseeing the technical support and maintenance of the products after installation. Expected to evaluate, plan, and design advanced systems, prospect new video monitoring customers, and generate quotes for full product layouts while ensuring the jobs achieve expected sales margins. Position will require regular vendor interaction and relationship building, including coordination of training for Doyle technical team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary contact for all vendor interactions, maintaining existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

    + Manage product and part acquisition for installations and maintenance, assisting with inventory management to ensure parts are accurately labeled and maintained in Company systems and warehouses.

    + Collaborate with Senior Management and Sales to identify gaps, lead new initiatives, and develop scalable strategies to grow the video monitoring customer base.

    + Review sales proposals to ensure alignment with operational capacity and assist in refining the sale-to-operations handoff.

    + Define scopes of work, track project progress, and maintain profitability to meet company goals.

    + Manage workload distribution and ensure installation timelines are met.

    + Identify training needs for technical and sales teams and coordinate vendor-led training sessions.

    + Review active and legacy systems; plan upgrades to maintain high standards across accounts.

    + Build strong industry relationships to secure competitive pricing and stay current on product updates.

    + Test and evaluate demo equipment prior to new product rollouts.

    + Analyze product performance data to inform enhancements, training, or support needs.

    + Present vetted product recommendations to Executive Team with consideration of contractual obligations.

    + Monitor and report on financial health of video monitoring projects and customers; identify opportunities to improve margins.

     

    What You’ll Need

    Education & Experience:

    + Associate degree in project management or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 3 – 5 years of experience in project management required.

    + 1 – 3 years of experience in video monitoring, security systems, access control strongly preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of data networks and IP-based communication required.

    Skills & Abilities:

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Project.

    + Valid driver’s license with clear driving record and ability to travel up to 40% to other branches, customer worksites, or vendor locations across NY and Erie, PA.

    + Strong sense of integrity, ethics, and customer service; place high priority on customer satisfaction and quality of work.

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

    + Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Effective communicator in small and large groups; comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership, team members, partners, and customers.

    + Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

    + Financial acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret figures such as gross margin and profit/loss statements

     

    What We Offer

    Compensation :

    + $60k-$80k/year

    + Generous bonus compensation based on the following metrics:

    + RMR to Goal for the Video Monitoring program

    + False alarms below goal (based on central station reporting of LVM alarms)

    + Margin on installation vs. estimated
