*JOB SUMMARY*

Under the guidance and direction of the Market HR Director, the HR Specialist is responsible for enhancing department functions by managing benefit administration and processes, managing LOA events including communication with employee and manager, payroll/HR administration functions. Assists with onboarding functions and orientation programs.

Manages HR related projects and HRIS data and system(s). Orients and trains new supervisors/managers on HR related systems (Lawson, Kronos, Taleo, Service Now, etc.). Provides training updates to supervisors/managers on systems. Serves as a market HR resource.

*Minimum Education*

College degree required, with business emphasis preferred.
