Job Overview Job Title: Program Manager Location: Honolulu, Hawaii Job Responsibilities The Program Manager will oversee the contract from A to Z and be the single interface to the government on all issues. Ability to work both in the office and in the field. In depth knowledge of satellite communications market. Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Excellent documentation and writing skills. Experienced with goverment contract structure and execution. Minimum Qualifications Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. A minimum of ten (10) years in systems development and engineering required. Education Bachelors degree in Management preferred, OR An Associates degree plus 15 total years of recent specialized experience, OR 20 total years of recent specialized experience.
