Job Title: Sr. Project Manager, Omnichannel Content Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead our marketing digital tactics delivery efforts. As a critical member of our omnichannel team, you will collaborate closely with creative agencies (internal & external) and development partners to plan and execute projects on time and within budget. You must possess a solid technical understanding and have excellent project management skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying business requirements, and driving solutions through the campaign, creative & development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver marketing digital tactics such as websites, banners, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with creative agencies (internal & external) and development vendors to ensure proper planning and execution of projects.
Facilitate solution design by gathering basic requirements and working with development delivery teams.
Track activities (JIRA or Azure DevOps) and deliverables with all key stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and quality output.
Produce regular status reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Identify business/customer requirements and drive the delivery process through expected delivery.
Highlight any business requirements requiring new capabilities or technologies; identify solutions and timing.
Manage multiple projects with project plans (MS Project), notes/status updates, and effective communication.
Serve as point of contact for omnichannel initiatives to our partner teams (Brands, CRM, affiliates, etc.) to give visibility on projects progress, plannings, risks, issues, and decisions to be taken.
Define workstreams and involve all relevant stakeholders to orchestrate the work to be done.
Collaborate (MS Teams) with teams on solutions, costs, design, and delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field.
Solid understanding of web development principles and technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Experience with planning, strong documentation skills, able to manage themselves and their work.
Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Visio, Invision, Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or equivalent.
