    We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as aHostat Steelworks. TheHostplays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

    What You'll Do:

    + Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables

    + Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal use of dining space

    + Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours

    + Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

    + Assist with special events and promotions as needed

    + Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

    What You'll Need:

    + Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

    + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
