Message from the Hiring Manager: Caldera Medical is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the product portfolio for Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP). This role will drive market growth, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success and adoption of our women's health solutions. The ideal candidate will blend strong clinical and market understanding with the ability to execute go-to-market strategies and support a high-performing sales team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning & Execution * Develop and execute marketing strategies and business plans to grow the SUI and POP product categories. * Identify new market opportunities and create tactical initiatives to drive product adoption and market share. * Cross-Functional Leadership * Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure product strategies align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. * Act as the internal voice of the customer, translating clinical insights into actionable product and marketing strategies. * Product Lifecycle Management * Lead product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, enhancements, and phase-outs. * Conduct competitive analysis and maintain awareness of market dynamics and emerging technologies. * Training & Sales Enablement * Develop and deliver comprehensive product training for internal teams and external stakeholders. * Create marketing and educational materials that support sales efforts and clinician engagement. * Market Intelligence * Monitor industry trends, gather customer feedback, and analyze market data to inform decisions. * Evaluate clinical and economic data to support evidence-based product positioning and messaging. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus * 5+ years of experience in medical device product management, preferably in women's health, urology, or gynecology * Strong understanding of the clinical landscape for SUI and POP treatments * Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and launch new products successfully * Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills * Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including surgeons and clinical advisors Preferred Skills: * Experience with regulatory and reimbursement pathways for medical devices * Clinical acumen and ability to engage with healthcare professionals * Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools Competitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more! * Annual Salary : $150k-$200k * Medical and Dental Benefits - 75% paid for employee and family members * Vision Coverage * 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment * Basic Life and AD&D * Unlimited Vacation Policy * 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave * 10 paid holidaysincluding your birthday! * Being surrounded by amazing people!
