How do you excel in this position

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our software development team, reporting directly to the Director of Software Development. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our company's software to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, your responsibilities will include developing new software solutions and applications, ensuring the robustness of technical architecture, and actively contributing to team management and performance. This role extends beyond individual contributions as you will also act as a mentor to junior software developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and productivity improvement.

What are we looking for

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience in a matching field.

+ 5 years of industry experience in object-oriented design and software construction, specifically with Go, Java or C#.

+ Bring a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in web development, with a strong command of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

+ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, including managing production-grade clusters and container orchestration workflows.

+ Demonstrate a high engagement level and ability to effectively manage multi-faceted projects concurrently with regular day-to-day activities.

+ Exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities, coupled with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns is a must.

+ Ability to articulate technical challenges clearly and provide effective solutions to complex problems.

+ Previous experience in the design and implementation of large scale, high performance, and high availability systems.

+ Have a minimum of 5 years with unit testing and continuous integration methodologies.

+ Experience with both relational and non-relational database design and administration.

+ Proven ability to organize, self-manage priorities, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

+ Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

+ Passion for learning, an innovation-driven mindset, and a commitment to mentoring junior developers.
