The RxConnect enhancement and business support team leads innovation and management within our retail dispensing system. The Senior Analyst, RxConnect enhancement and business support works under the guidance of the Senior Manager Manager, Retail Store Operations to support a of new initiatives in which we strive to implement solutions that achieve our strategic vision while creating an elevated experience for customers and colleagues. Additionally, the role also supports our of field, pharmacy and internal colleagues by completing day-to-day activities critical to pharmacy operations, as well as the enterprise.
To achieve this, you will use your collaboration skills to help the team build strong relationships with partners in multiple business units including Retail Operations, Enterprise Strategy, Retail Growth, Trade Relations, Merchandising, Specialty, Clinical, Patient Safety, Legal, RxRegulatory, etc. You will support the teams as they guide the strategy and implementation of a portfolio of new initiatives end- to- end operationally, while continuously ensuring compliance in the key areas the team oversees. You will manage the compliance for ensuring translation needs for retail stores in addition to translation requirements for prescription labels. You will also be managing and leading the legal, regulatory, and compliance research for various requests. This position will also support retail Rx Drug team in various capacity. You will engage with other teams to help support influenceing their processes across multiple formats and support the development of processes for monitoring and tracking success. You will support pharmacy teams and field leaders, who ultimately provide service to our patients. You will engage with the business and IT partners to ensure all operational deadlines and timelines are maintained.
You will impact our business in the following ways:
+ You will support the strategy for various RxConnect changes that will transform how to operate, partnering with various teams on new initiatives. You will advocate for our pharmacy and store teams to ensure the experience is smooth, engaging, well understood, effectively implemented and meets our pre-determined markers of success. You will ensure that our pharmacy teams are compliant for any new state and federal changes, especially, in the key areas that are overseen by the team. You will and partner and advocate with the team to engage and develop appropriate solutions for our colleagues, allowing them to make appropriate decisions about various RxConnect processes and deliver appropriate interactions with our pharmacy patients.
+ You will support all internal processes needed from partners to successfully roll out new initiatives, whether specific to the areas our team ours oversees or across the enterprise. You will support and execute field and store communications, as needed, related to our direct initiatives. You will participate in various testing tasks for our direct initiatives prior to rolling out to the stores. You will ensure all store and field teams have the training and tools necessary to be successful, while collecting feedback.
+ You will help the team(s) ensure all clinical skills, operational effectiveness, and leadership skills are in place at the right time to meet the needs of these businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, support in driving effective prescription growth, implementing innovative pharmacy and service strategies that differentiate CVS pharmacy from our competitors, leading with heart to engage, inspire and develop our colleagues, as well as reinforcing our focus on clinical, legal and regulatory components that are critical in our highly regulated industry.
+ Finally, you will support the team with development and engagement programs, to ensure we have the appropriate level of talent cross-trained to support current and future needs.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Support the strategies for current and future initiatives for RxConnect, whether our direct project or projects from the broader teams in the enterprise, to include but not limited to serving as a subject matter expert on RxConnect processesSME, assisting in driving compliance for state and federal regulations changes as they pertain to translation, accessibility, providing analysis, input on decisions. Current initiatives include RxConnect Modernization, biometrics, etc. Many potential future initiatives (operational and legal/regulatory) are also on the horizon (30%)
+ Ensure that operational processes occur and stay on track that support field and store teams, by maintaining compliance for mandatory texts accessibility changes, SIG changes, etc.(20%)
+ Develop and maintain all tools and resources for internal teams, to include SOPs, KAs, etc. Support our field, pharmacy and internal teams through appropriate guidance and actions taken, resulting from Help Desk tickets, Retail Store Ops emails and other inquiries. (20%)
+ Support the investigative data requests received from various cross functional teams such as legal, risk management, etc. (20%)
+ Support development of and update to trainings and/ communications as needed for successful implementation of drug-related changes. (10%)
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
+ Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow and experience on the pharmacy dispensing systems
+ Ability to work independently and to navigate through ambiguous situations that may periodically arise
+ Flexible working style to successfully navigate a changing landscape as we pilot multiple concepts
+ Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
+ Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
+ Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters
+ Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Regular and reliable attendance
+ Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
+ Periodic travel, up to 10%, may be required based on the needs of the business
+ Must be self-directed
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis, build business cases, and measure success
+ Experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
+ Master's degree

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
