A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be working with the Team to ensure that the Core product is moving

through the designated milestones, ensuring that the operators are safe, and

remain focused on their daily work lists, and that engineering, quality, safety

or management help is provided when issues arise. As the first point of contact

for the operators, the Team Lead will help problem solve and keep parts moving

assuring that the team can accomplish its goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Performing worksafely by following all safety rules and providing recommendations to makethe Core Department a safe work environment, partnering with the Coredepartment supervisor to create a daily plan to meet Production targets.

+ Creating andassigning work lists for each employee in the department, ensuring thatemployees remain productive, and produce quality work while performingdirect production work 50% of the time.

+ Other dutiesmay be assigned as needed and cross training as needed.

What You Bring

+ High Schooldiploma or GED.

+ Able to performbasic math functions using the metric system and read Engineeringinstructions and previous experience as a Team Lead is preferred.

+ This positionmay require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau ofIndustry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate ofDefense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisitefor this position. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment inthe United States without the need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through

service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas

turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization

opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of

the fleet.
