Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to join our **Performance Polymers Division (PPD)** . In this client-facing role, you’ll become a key driver of customer experience and revenue growth. You’ll partner with strategic accounts, support sales efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork.
What You'll Do:
+ **Champion Customer Relationships** : Be the go-to contact for designated accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
+ **Drive Customer Experience** : Deliver timely, effective responses and insights to enhance customer success.
+ **Support Sales Efforts** : Collaborate with field sales and account teams to nurture leads, negotiate pricing, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
+ **Resolve Challenges** : Address customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to build trust and loyalty.
+ **Share Market Insights** : Provide competitive intelligence and customer trends to the broader team.
+ **Leverage CRM Tools** : Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM platform for transparency and reporting.
+ **Track Performance** : Monitor sales KPIs and contribute ideas to improve engagement, growth, and satisfaction.
+ **Coordinate Logistics** : Manage delivery of samples and materials to customers with attention to detail.
+ **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** : Partner with technical, customer service, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in chemical or manufacturing industries.
+ Strong phone presence and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
+ Presentation skills suited to technical and purchasing stakeholders.
+ A proactive, relationship-building mindset and a passion for delivering value.
+ Problem-solver with strong time management and organization.
+ Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries and technologies.

+ **The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $83,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
