    Join our Raymond Team as an Industrial Painter at our East Syracuse location!

    The Role:

    We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Industrial Painter who brings enthusiasm, adaptability and determination to the table. In this role, you will prepare parts/forklifts for painting using various hand and power tools (i.e. grinders, sanders, wire cutters, hand drills) and then apply final paint through hand spray technique according to specific guidelines. We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome).     What You’ll Be Doing:

    * Inspect your work, keep work area organized, and adjust as necessary.

    * Ensure final product meets all color and finish requirements.

    * Perform preventative maintenance and repair of paint equipment as defined in the daily/weekly/monthly checklists.

    * Must be able to work well independently and with others.

    * Accountable for completing assigned tasks with high quality and on schedule.

    * Ensure inventory of required supplies are kept at appropriate levels. Expedite parts as required to meet schedule.

    * Stack and/or move completed work by following material handling and safety procedures. Forklift certification is required. Not certified yet? Don't worry, we know someone!

    What We’re Looking For:

    * 3+ months of paint/auto body experience

    What Sets You Apart:

    * High School Diploma or GED

    Where and When You’ll Work:

    * This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse location—ideal for those who thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

    * The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM.

    What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

    Wage - $20.00 – 25.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
